Mr Spencer’s career in the brewing and hospitality industries spans over 35 years. He commenced with Carlton and United Breweries (CUB) in 1986 as a senior member of the brewing and production team in New South Wales. During his 17 years with CUB, he held senior roles in Operations and Sales, including three years managing CUB's brewing operations in Fiji in the mid 90’s, and a two-year tenure as Head Brewer at CUB's largest brewery in Abbotsford, Victoria.
He was a member of the team that carried out due diligence of Fosters Fiji, on behalf of Coca-Cola Amatil and subsequently was appointed General Manager Operations of Paradise Beverages when the business was formed in September, 2012. Mr Spencer was appointed Acting General Manager in October, 2016 and General Manager in March, 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech), is Member of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling (IBD and a Member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA).

Mr Singh joined the company (formerly known as Fosters Group Pacific Limited) in November 2006, as Financial Controller for Samoa Breweries Limited. He was appointed as Manager Commercial in 2008. In September, 2011, he then returned to Fiji as Acting Financial Controller, Pacific, before being appointed to his current role in 2013.
Prior to joining Paradise Beverages Fiji Limited, Mr Singh worked at the Fiji Ports Corporation as General Manager Finance/Administration and Company Secretary. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of the South Pacific. He is a member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants and CPA Australia.

With more than 29 years of leadership experience in the company, Mr Rodan has extensive capability and knowledge in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operations and General Management. Prior to joining the company, he was employed by Carpenters Fiji Ltd. He is responsible for all sales activities in Fiji, including Draught Beer Services. His responsibilities also cover Pacific sales for Paradise Beverages, and his role also includes corporate affairs, in particular relationship management with important industry and government stakeholders.
Mr Rodan has had a distinguished sporting career, spanning over 30 years, as an athlete and an administrator. He represented Fiji at the Olympic Games four times, taken part in five Commonwealth Games and nine South Pacific Games, winning a total of 14 gold medals. In 1983 he received a nomination for the Fiji Sportsman of the Year Award and was inducted into the Fiji Sports Hall of Fame. He was appointed President of Athletics Fiji in 2014 and is also President of the Fiji Association of Sports & National Olympics Committee (FASANOC), taking the Fiji team to the Rio Olympic Games in 2016. He is President of Paradise Beverages Sports & Social Committee.

Ms Deo has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry having commenced her career with Coca-Cola Amatil Fiji in 1997 as part of the Quality Assurance Team and later promoted to Quality Assurance Manager. Her time there also included short-term roles in Production as Shift Supervisor and Manager.
She joined Paradise Beverages Fiji in 2006 (then Fosters Group Pacific and later Carlton and United Brewers, CUB) as a senior member of the Suva Brewing team. In her 12 years with the Brewery, Ms Deo held senior roles in Brewing and Production Operations, including three years managing the Suva Brewery Site Operations and seven years as Head Brewer.
Ms Deo was appointed Acting General Manager Operations in Dec 2016 and progressed to the lead role in June, 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) from RMIT Australia, a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in London, has successfully completed the MBA programme at USP and is currently working on her Masters in Brewing through the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in London. She is also a member of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling.

Mr Yalimaiwai has a decade of experience within Paradise Beverages Fiji Limited (PBFL), beginning his career in 2008 as Human Resources & Employment Relations Advisor. In 2010 he went on to become the Head of Human Resources. He has a proven track record of strong employee relationship management and development, having spent 12 years at the Fiji National Provident Fund prior to joining PBFL. His focus is on developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organisational and performance management, training and development and compensation.
A key responsibility is also employment relations, dealing with one of the largest unions in the country, the National Union of Factory & Commercial workers. Mr Yalimaiwai holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of the South Pacific. He is a Certified Professional with the Australian Human Resource Institute, a Certified Basic Business & Commercial Mediator with the Australian Commercial Dispute Centre and Certified Member of the Fiji Human Resources Institute.
